CTC Mentorship Program
HEARO'S CTC MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Our mentorship program is specifically designed to serve community and technical college students, returning learners, and first-generation students. Colleges and community colleges for this program are defined as institutions that have solely associate and certification programs, minimal bachelor's degree programs, or no graduate degree offerings. If any of these labels apply to you and you feel you would benefit from a mentorship connection that is focused on your area of career or professional interest, you were MADE to be a mentee! Mentors can help you navigate higher education, build your skills in your field of choice, and generally support your journey.
To be a mentor, you must be a junior or senior (nearing graduation) at a university or college, be a graduate student, or be a career professional (out of school and possessing experience in your field). Mentors are eligible for volunteer hours and stellar letters of recommendation, as well as a feeling of satisfaction from helping others! More details about the program can be found in the applications below.
✨ Meet one-on-one with your mentor/mentee match regularly - you set your schedule together, location, etc. Meetings can be virtual, in person, over the phone, etc. The program is designed to work for YOU.
